A place to call home

Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3

"It's not about building houses and structures, it's actually about changing people's lives." David Wooldridge, CEO Tiny Homes Foundation

With our pilot project completed and fully tenanted, we took some time to reflect on our achievements. In the video you hear from Tiny Homes Foundation, CEO David Wooldridge, and architects Derek Mah and Katie Lawson-Craig from NBRS+Architecture

We hope that we have opened a door to a national conversation about meaningful collaborations between landowners, social housing providers and NFP developers who jointly can grow housing stock and diversity for people on very low incomes. Our three way partnership between Central Coast Council and Pacific Link Housing is now a living example of how best this can work.

Here is a link to our Replicator Program, it will guide you through the first stage of replicating a similar project in your area.

In 2014 the East Gosford Bendigo Community Bank Branch combined forces with Treehouse Creative to tell stories of #goodwill on the NSW Central Coast. The Bank of Goodwill is an online space dedicated to telling positive #community stories about real people making a real difference in people's lives.

Tiny Homes Foundation is honoured to be a recipient of a Bank of Goodwill video story trilogy. Many thanks to both the Treehouse team and Bendigo Community Bank for your talent, time and sponsorship.
